Chondritic texture and mineral composition of an unequilibrated ordinary chondrite of the chemical and petrographic type LL3.2, Shock Stage S1 and Weathered (W0).
Chondritic texture well defined without traces of shock (S1). Mineralogy and mineral compositions of a highly unequilibrated ordinary chondrite. Main minerals olivine (Fa 0.4-58.9), low Ca pyroxene (Fs 0.4-29.8). Average Cr2O3 0.14 ± 0.09% by weight in olivines, n = 115.
The isotopic oxygen composition of the total mass: δ17O = 3,768 ± 0.042 ‰, δ18O = 5,359 ± 0.042 ‰, Δ17O = 0.981 ± 0.020 ‰. R. Greenwood and I. Franchi, O.U.
LL group based on the mean diameter of the chondrule (0.9 mm), isotopic oxygen composition, metallic Fe content, Ni (1.8 vol%), kamacite Co content (1.73%), ratio of FeO / total iron (0.105) vs. Total Fe / Mg (1.164) and Ni / Mg (0.057) vs. Total Fe / Mg. Type 3.2 classification is based on chondritic texture, plotting the standard deviation (0.09) versus the average Cr2O3 content (0.14% by weight) of ferromagnesian olivine, set at 132 X and ~ 32 × 10-10cm3STP / g consistent with type 3.2.

The meteorite fall occurred on September 21, 2013, at approximately 3 pm local time (6 pm UTC) in a small village called Vicência (also known as Vila da Borracha), located in the Northeastern region of Brazil, more specifically the Northwest of Pernambuco State. The meteorite almost hit Mr. Adeildo Silva, who reported having picked up the meteorite immediately after the fall and noted that one side was hot, while the other was cold. This single fragment was acquired by Maria E. Zucolotto and André Moutinho on September 30, 2013.
